Just for you, I braved sneers and judgement from my fellow primary teachers/"we don't take photos during church-ers" to bring you this picture. Right? Totally worth it.
This kid went above and beyond today. During the prayer (and, yes, I know what he was doing during the prayer because I always opt for open eyes when amongst a squirmy crowd), he and a neighboring girl were issuing death threats. The girl would squint, point her finger at his head and then dramatically drag her finger across her throat. He responded by pointing at her, bringing his fists together, and then pretending to break a twig (or body part? His threat was less clear). This charade lasted throughout the prayer and first song, their mimes consistent.
Young love.
